Commonly known as Ghaesembilla / Wild Currant. A small tree or shrub with simple, glossy leaves and inconspicuous greenish flowers. Fruits occur in clusters along slender spikes, ripening from green to red or dark purple/black. Fruits are attractive to birds and other wildlife.
